Free Consultation
This is a 30 - minute appointment for us to get to know each other and see if it feels like a good fit. Some brief counselling may be provided, when appropriate.
Individual Counselling
Individual Counselling sessions range from 60 - 90 minutes. I use an integrative approach in my work with individuals and can offer support in a variety of different areas.

Relationship Counselling
Utilizing The Gottman Method alongside attachment perspectives, I provide relationship counselling sessions ranging from 75 - 90 minutes.
